Jack and Freya

Freya and Jack Cork wanted an intimate wedding with close friends and family at the Chewton Glen, Hotel, and Spa. They started planning with just nine weeks to go before the wedding. Dahlia Hill, wedding planner, worked with the couple to ensure they got the beautiful day they wished for. As part of the table decorations, Freya wanted something playful for the guest place names. Freya placed gold backed personalised name cards into Champagne corks.

Alejandra and Marcello

The couple celebrated their marriage at the magnificent and long-standing medieval Farnham Castle, which overlooks Farnham on the Hampshire, Surrey border. The couple’s friends and family traveled from as far as Australia and Brazil to share their special day, on Wednesday, 2 August 2017. Alejandra and Marcello requested stylish yet understated Couture Love Cameo wedding stationery to complement their traditional venue – warm ivory, cream, gold and dark grey tied in beautifully with the bright and cosy place. 

Kerrina and Kenny Bruce

After seven years together Kerrina Kerr and Kenneth Bruce tied the knot at Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa with a mid-summer English country garden wedding. Abi Chadwick, photographer captured their day. The couple were celebrating moving into their new home when Kenny proposed in front of their family and friends. The couple opted for Couture Love Posey wedding invitation sets held in a white gold pocket folders, with peach, ivory and soft pastel watercolour floral touches. On the day, pink menus and places cards were the perfect accompaniment to the classic floral table displays.

Nicola and Darren

Silver and coral themed ceremony held at the Holiday Inn, Fareham for this lovely couple. Nicola recalls best parts of the special day being ‘walking down the aisle and seeing Darren’s smile for the first time that day. Also hearing Phoebe (Nicola’s daughter) reading a poem that she had chosen especially. Nicola and Darren met ten years before they ever got together the rest, as they say, is history. Lily Anna Rose created a bespoke wedding stationery set that Nicola ultimately wanted to tie in with their late June wedding – the theme of white and coral was fresh, modern and playful.

Marti and Paul

A romantic May wedding set at the quintessentially English Bailiffscourt Hotel and Spa in West Sussex. Every marriage is unique in its way. For Marti and Paul, a private ceremony held in the at the medieval-style house was followed by dinner with family – a perfectly stylish and understated way to celebrate their union as man and wife. Marti and Paul share their time working from their homes in England, France and Budapest. Marti explained ‘We decided to uncomplicate our marriage day’ and kept the moment exclusive and intimate. Marti and Paul opted for handcrafted Couture Love Enchant invitations adapted with silver and warm gold to compliment Marti’s bouquet. 

Mr & Mrs Johnson

A truly magical winter wonderland wedding in 2017 at the Lainston House Hotel, Hampshire. Most couples want sunshine for their special day, this adventurous couple wished for snow! With limited daytime, the lighting was of huge importance and consideration. Church candles heightened the warmth and created a cosy ambience – and heritage and tradition featured as part of their theme for the day. Navy blue, white and gold gild tastefully flowed through their Couture Love Officer stationery. This couple are so much fun they requested bumper cars and fireworks for their evening party.

Georgie and Ashkray

Mud and boots are Georgie's everyday attire as a farmer. For Georgie and Ashkray they wanted to celebrate their day surrounded by the beautiful grounds of their farm in Dorset. The couple wanted a pretty setting from start to finish. Couture Love Posy pocket folder stationery adorned with floral illustrations and on the day stationery to match. Their love of each other and literature went hand-in-hand as they opted for table names as bookmarks – each with a particular authors’ name and brief quote from their favourite novel. 

Claire and Calvin

The couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary after a Good Friday wedding in 2018. We reflect on their special day in Swanage, Dorset. 'Being an older bride I considered white gowns for younger woman'. But her best friend persuaded Claire to consider her options again, as she spotted an Annasul Y tuille embroidered dress. ‘The vintage demure-ness was just me.’ Claire laughs jokingly. ‘Our intimate wedding meant we could spoil our guests with Couture Love Purbeck litho printed stationery and splash out on all the trimmings with copperplate handwritten envelopes and place cards’. Alma and Zeth

A long journey from their homeland, Hong Kong meant Alma and Zeth's love for an English woodland was truly obvious. The couple created a whimsical woodland wonderland. Bringing the outside, inside. Arcade Flowers set the magical scene with crystal candelabra, and natural fauna ferns, ivy and little succulents displayed in bell jars. Lifesize Disney Bambi and twinkling fairy lights. Every detail intricately considered transforming the Lake Suite at the Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa, Dorset into a genuinely enchanting spectacle.

Vicky and Adam

Vicky and Adam announced their 'I do's' in the cosy setting on the Surrey hillside at the stunning Gate Street Barn. A warm and inviting venue perfect for a winter wedding. Sally Covell from Bridal Flowers Direct supplied all the flowers for both the venue and the bridal party. Vicky’s bouquet was made up of white Anemones, white Ranunculas, silver Brunia, Senecio, Rosemary, berried Eucalyptus Populus and natural pine cones. The same flowers and foliage were used to decorate the venue with white hydrangeas included in the table centrepieces. The Couture Love Burley collection captured the elegant-rustic theme.

Alison and Mark

The Square Tower was the chosen venue for Ali and Mark to hold their summer nuptials shared with close friends and family. Built during the reign of Henry VII in 1494, it makes for a unique and exciting setting. Steeped in history the place was initially designed as part of the fortifications to protect the rapidly expanding Naval Port in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Alison and Mark chose the appropriately named Couture Love Royal collection and adapted the design for their colour scheme of gold and navy. 

Lyndsey and Matthew

Where the story began... The Solent Hotel and Spa played host to the wedding and reunion place for Lyndsey and Matthew. The couple first me whilst working at the hotel, several years previously. Flora arrangements were designed by Owen from Little Lillies. A mix of punchy lime Hydragenas, combined with rustic fauna and branches combined with the surrounding woodland created a fresh feel to the theme. Yvon and Simon

A charming August wedding with beautiful views over the Beaulieu River. The Master Builder's Hotel is set at the end of the grassy street of the historic village of Buckler’s Hard. Yvon and Simon wanted their special coming-together to be spent with friends and family from the UK and the Netherlands. Before becoming a mummy to their son Miles, Yvon was a professional dancer. Simon John is the most decorated photographer in the industry so it was easy to capture the essence of their artistic personalities within their invitations. The beautiful couple chose a rose gold foil printed bespoke designed concertina invitation with quirky graphical elements. So, who is trusted to take the pictures at a photographers wedding?

Annabel and Aaron

If distance makes the heart fonder – this late summer wedding was proof. The Bridegroom flew from the otherside of the Atlantic to meet his Bride at aisile of her home-based Church. Once reunited Annabel and Aaron relaxed with friends and family at the Lainston House Hotel. Annabel wore a Belle Époque Suzanne Neville bridal gown which strongly influenced the Viennese ornate invitation patterns and monogram – adjorned initials whic created their unique style. Kerry and Keiron

In one single moment, it was easy to understand the symbolic elements of an autumnal vowel renewal for a truly devoted couple. Kerry and Keiron wanted to share their kindred journey with friends and family who had supported them along the way. Aimee Dunne was on hand at theThe Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa to – marrying the symbols of tartan, tropical and British flowers – creating a vibrant fusion for a fun-filled celebration.

Louise and Aaron

A first-choice venue – The Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa is where local professional footballer Aaron Martin married Louise. Warm and sunny, the July wedding kicked off (couldn't resist) with family and friends enjoying a morning stroll around the estate. Louise and Aaron's busy schedules enabled  Lily Anna Rose to deliver wedding stationery sets, complete with reply card, information sheets all addressed in matching envelopes. The rose gold monogram even featured on their 3-tier glitter and frilly cake by Dorset based Fancie Buns. Photo of the couple was captured by Maddie Waters Photography.

Rebecca and Mike

Bringing together friends and family to create treasured memories is a grand achievement. With highly demanding professions, Rebecca and Mike wanted to relax whilst away from work and vowed to enjoy their wedding planning. A fortnight before their big day, Lily Anna Rose stepped in to help the couple produce their last piece of stationery – a Mass Book for 150 guests  Their wedding ceremony took place at the Honan Chapel, on a warm July day. The building sits adjacent to the University College Cork, Dublin Ireland – a place very close to Rebecca's heart. The Catholic place of worship opened it's doors in November 1916 – and houses beautiful fixtures and fittings, paying homage to the latter part of the Arts and Crafts Movement. We at Lily Anna Rose wish Mr and Mrs Wood a happy marriage together and were delighted to have been a service to  your special day.
